Forged Athletes Application

FORGED ATHLETES

BUILD SOMETHING THAT'S YOURS.

Forged Athletes is built for competitors who want more than their name printed on a shirt. We develop athlete identity, signature merchandise and a commerce platform designed to grow with the athlete.

BEFORE YOU APPLY

We review every athlete for competitive fit, story, brand alignment, rights and the kind of relationship that makes sense. Applying does not guarantee sponsorship, free product or a paid partnership.

YOUR APPLICATION

Use the application form below. To help us evaluate you properly, include the following in your message:

01 — ATHLETE
Full name · email · phone · sport · position/event · current school/team · competition level · jersey number if relevant.

02 — REACH
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other public profiles · current audience size · recent reach/engagement if available.

03 — THE OPPORTUNITY
What you want to build with Forged · products you are interested in · upcoming season, event or launch timing.

04 — RIGHTS
Any school, team, league, sponsor, agent, NIL, licensing, apparel or endorsement restrictions that may affect a partnership.

05 — STORY
Tell us who you are beyond your statistics, what drives you, and why Forged is the right fit. Faith is foundational to Forged Athletic; be candid about how that intersects with your story.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

REVIEW → QUALIFY → BUILD → LAUNCH

If there is a fit, we will follow up for any additional metrics, rights information or commercial details needed before proposing a relationship.
