• Partnership type: Full School / Organization Partnership or Single Team Store
• Approximate athlete, family, and supporter audience
• Current apparel or outfitting provider, if any
• Whether an existing apparel or outfitting agreement may restrict outside team-store merchandise
• Primary colors, mascot, and any approved logos or brand guidelines

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

Forged Athletic reviews the program fit, confirms the operating terms, builds the apparel collection, and creates the permanent Shopify team storefront. Products are produced on demand and shipped directly to the customer.
